Ingredients

Zoe’s Chocolate Co - Original Hot Drinking Chocolate
Heavy cream (1 ⅕ cups) or whole milk (1 ⅕ cups)
Vodka
Ice
Marshmallows

Instructions

Chocolate on Plate

Place a small amount of Zoe’s Chocolate Co – Original Hot Drinking Chocolate on a plate

Dip Rim

Dip rim of martini glass into the plate to “chocolate the rim”

Microwave

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 1 ⅕ cups of heavy cream or whole milk in the microwave for 30 seconds

Add Chocolate and Whisk

Once heated, add 4 tablespoons of Zoe’s Chocolate Co – Original Hot Drinking Chocolate to the heavy cream and whisk for 10-15 seconds. This makes your hot chocolate base.

Pour Into Shaker

Pour hot chocolate into martini shaker filled with crushed ice

Vodka

Add 1 shot of Vodka

Shake

Pour

Pour into chocolate rimmed martini glass

Marshmallows

Top with marshmallows
